HOTEL CONCEPT
The entire property will be managed as a hotel with a full full-service package on all inside and outside areas.
The individual rooms will have access control via electronic keycard system. Security and video surveillance will be present 24 hours in public areas. Smoke detectors and emergency lighting is installed in compliance with govern[1]ment regulations. The reception in the main building is staffed 07.00 - 24.00. Outside operational hours, local security is available for assistance. Further, a technician will undertake the maintenance of the property and be available for problem solving during office hours. Hotel rooms will be cleaned on a weekly basis, and shared facilities in main building and recreational house daily. Self-laundry is available as well as laundry service is provided at an additional cost. All rooms and shared facilities will have highspeed internet connection.
Hotel Concept
Operated as a full-service hotel concept with up to 144
rooms. There will be the same facilities as known from
hotel apartments, which are intended for guests in need
of a long stay. For all types there will be a kitchenette and
terrace and houses are facing the sea.
